11am: Mass for deceased members in St. Mary's Church Aghabog.
1pm: Release of 125 green and white balloons by players, officials, and club members at the clubhouse.
2pm: Unveiling of 125th Anniversary plaque. Also unveiling plaque to the late Pat Sreenan, Corleck, who sold a 5 acre site to the club in 1977 to develop our football field in 1982 and clubhouse in 2000.
1pm: Judging of Latnamard NS art and essay competition in the school hall. Theme of competition is 'Sporting link between school and club'.
Annual club presentation night in the clubhouse.
8pm: Concert of former Scor and Scor na nOg participants in the school hall.
11am: Unveiling of club mural on the gable wall depicting our national games to coincide with the 125th anniversary. Name of the club grounds to be erected in Irish over the main entrance.
11.30am: Presentation of new sets of jerseys to the club by sponsors.
School blitz, Go-Go Games.
8pm: Unveiling of plaque in the clubhouse listing all past officers of the club
Boogie in the Bog special for exiles and former club players from the 1960-1980 period.
2pm: Sports weekend. Tournaments:
Whelan Shield (Senior)
Paddy McCarney (Intermediate)
John Quigley Cup (Junior)
James Travers Cup (Camogie)
Ladies club will host the annual Ronan Leonard 7 aside blitz.
8pm: Launch of Aghabog Club History from 1960-1980 period.
Presentation of plaques to all players who played for Aghabog in that period.
Banquet in the Hillgrove Hotel to round up what we hope will be a memorable year for our club. It will be an opportunity to honour our minor and junior reserve teams that won the double in 1990. Tickets €50. Dress formal.
